Hi, I'm Larissa.

I am an internationally recognized leadership coach and mentor serving purpose-driven, badass, heart-centered leaders.

I founded Wayfinding in 2016 to coach and steward a global movement of leaders devoted to redefining our relationship with power and skyrocketing collective efficacy in organizations so we can rise to meet the big challenges across all scales on Earth.

I saw a need in the arenas of leadership development and organizational transformation — the need to work explicitly with power as leaders and teams. 

My mastery sources from 20+ years of experience bridging diverse worlds — cultural anthropology, leadership coaching, organizational consulting, strategy design, facilitation, rites of passage, grief and trauma work, ecosystems science and permaculture, chronic illness and holistic healing, alchemy and ceremony design, antiracism practice, somatic intimacy coaching, and animal tracking and wilderness survival.
